Description:
AIMTB Rapid Test Assay is based on the IGRA principle, and adopts a fluorescence immunochromatographic assay to detect a method for stimulating T cells to secrete IFN-γ by specific antigens. The kit selects Mycobacterium tuberculosis-specific antigens ESAT-6 and CFP-10, which are commonly missing in BCG and most NTMs, stimulates antigens using ESAT-6 and CFP-10, and is constructed in a manner mimicking a naturally occurring form. ESAT-6 and CFP-10 antigens can stimulate the proliferation of T memory cells and release cytokines such as IFN-γ.
AIMTB (FLF, Fluorescence Lateral Flow)
① Outstanding Performance
The AIMTB Fluorescence Immunochromatography Platform delivers exceptional performance with a sensitivity range of 85%-95% and a specificity range of 93%-99%. It remains unaffected by interference from the BCG vaccine and most non-tuberculous mycobacteria, ensuring reliable and accurate results.
② Simplified Operation
Designed as a Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) platform, the AIMTB Fluorescence Immunochromatography Platform offers rapid detection, providing results within 15 minutes. This eliminates the need for repeated calibration and incorporates automatic result interpretation, simplifying the entire testing process.
③ Cost-Effective Solution
The platform's room temperature storage and transportation feature significantly reduces storage costs. Moreover, its straightforward operation minimizes labor costs, making it a cost-effective choice for tuberculosis diagnostics.

AIMTB Rapid Test Assay is used in vitro to measure the specific T cells immune response of Mycobacterium tuberculosis using fresh whole blood. It is intended for aiding in the diagnosis of tuberculosis (TB) infection.
The analysis should be performed by trained laboratory professionals. For in vitro diagnostic only.
