AIMdex is an immunological function assay kit. It reflects the activity of CD4 T cells by measuring the level of ATP release from CD4+T cells after stimulation. The principle is based on the fact that when immune cells are stimulated by antigen, they increase the synthesis and release of ATP through various pathways (such as activation of cell membrane receptors, signaling pathways, etc.), increase ATP synthesis and release, leading to an increase in intracellular ATP concentration.
